Kent Island Christmas - Styled Shoot - Kent Manor - Stevensville, MD

Back in October I had the idea for a styled shoot inspired by all things Christmas! I know people who count down the days until December 25th and some who even start decorating before Thanksgiving, so I knew putting together a styled shoot with a Christmas theme would be a hit. I quickly found Brandi from Charming Grace Events to help me bring this idea to life! I couldn't have done this without her and trust me when I tell you that this girl knows how to put together an event!

Susan of Susan Wilson Designs had so many amazing unique ideas for the invitation suite and small details that stood out in a big way! Gift boxes as name cards and a map of Kent Island were two of my favorite details that were perfect for this Christmas shoot. Amanda Ritchey Bridal had THE perfect dress and I'm not exaggerating. When we went to choose a dress, there were so many beautiful gowns it was hard to choose, but then she brought out THE dress and our jaws dropped! It was the perfect holiday Grace Kelly-esque gown and we said hands down, thats the one!

Up Do's For I Do's did hair and makeup for our bride with a subtle red lip and a low bun with holiday florals that definitely brought the entire bridal look together! The holiday garland from Scentsational Florals put the final touches on our tablescape. The garland fit the table perfectly and we were obsessed with the handmade sweetheart table and chairs Rooster Hill Rentals provided. When it came to a baker for our cake, I had one person in mind. Beth from Sugar Sweet Treats made my wedding cake back in June and it not only looked beautiful but it tasted so good! Side note, yes we did eat this cake after the shoot! Capital Custom Clothiers was a last minute addition, but I am so glad we found them! They were so helpful and quick with dressing out groom in his holiday black tie attire.

Where do I even start with our models! Stephanie and Trey are a real life married couple who contacted me, very eager to participate in this shoot. They were so easy to work with throughout this entire process! From taking time out of their day to go try on dresses and pick out a tuxedo and then braving 40 mph winds on the day of the shoot ! They were always happy to do whatever we needed them to and not to mention, they are so in love with each other that posing for this shoot came so easy to them.

If you're planning a wedding around the holidays or just simply love the Christmas season like we do, then you'll love what these vendors put together! Make sure to check out the list of everyone involved in this shoot below these images. Oh yea and there's a special video at the end from Conway Videography :)

Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas!
